Shipping Policy
We at SWEETYNX know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest
condition, and on time. So, we use a large network of courier partners to deliver your products to you
as early as possible.
Depending upon the location, the product is shipped to you within 2–10 working days.
The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost, or undelivered to your preferred location.
Cancellation Policy
SWEETYNX reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation, as per circumstances where the requirement
could not be met. The company will ensure that communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund
will be made within a reasonable time.
Cash On Delivery Policy
As per the Cash on Delivery policy:
- To avail C.O.D service, all items in the cart should be applicable for C.O.D.
- C.O.D is applicable on a maximum order value of Rs. 50,000 only.
- The pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, use an online payment mode.
- You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
- If the package is open or tampered, do not accept the order.
- No credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery.
Using Cash Back & Promo Codes / Coupons
- Cashback promo codes may not be applicable on all products available on the website.
- Special coupons should be redeemed within the validity period. Once expired, they cannot be extended.
- Two offers cannot be clubbed together using a promo code.
- SWEETYNX.com reserves the right to cancel any promotional promo code and related transactions (not applicable on cashback promo codes).
- Cashback and promo code cannot be clubbed together to avail an offer.
- Cashback amount is subject to change at the sole discretion of SWEETYNX.com.
